HR Centre of Excellence is run by Caroline Sandqvist, an experience HR Professional with over 10 years experience of working in global, fast paced businesses.

Since 2025 she is supporting clients with their HR Operations on an On Demand or Project basis.

During 2024 she specialised in the EU Pay Transparency Directive and is today supporting clients becoming compliant until the implementation in 2026.

Caroline takes a pragmatic and and dynamic approach in her work with clients. One size doesn't fit all and it's extremely important business structures and practises reflects the individual values of her clients.
